You have a lot of very neat things there. It's much more sophisticated that pretty much any other build calculator we see here. After poking around a bit, the only real complaint I have is that the "Show More Details" button only shows the final level-18-with-full-build fight and is very difficult to read. It would be useful if users could select any graphic point to get the fight details from (assuming this isn't too hard to implement), and it would be very nice if the fight details were cleaned up into a more readable state (a simple first fix would be to add headers to the columns; I'm not sure what all of them represent).
Overall, it looks excellent.

Lifebaka, thanks for the feedback. I don't think it would be too hard to add in the 'combat log' for any point in the graph. I'll add it to our list of improvements. As for readability, maybe we can color-code the lines? Damage = red, lifesteal = orange, auto attack = white, etc. How does that sound?

It's more not being able to tell exactly what is happening. It looks like the raw output from your program, which is designed to be read by the code itself and not by people. The specific columns I'm confused about are: the first column, which I assume is related to the time that events are happening, but I can't be sure, and I have no idea what units it is measured in if I am correct; the third and fourth columns, which appear to be the specific effect and its type, but it displays the programs internal names rather than an English language equivalent, making it difficult to read things such as "abl_W_shield_" or "1187.88 remaining" (for "restore mana"); the final column, which appears to have different uses depending on the contents of the third and fourth columns, but appears to list damage for damage-dealing abilities/attacks.
What I'm really suggesting is that you change what displays on the lines. Instead of having a line that reads (to take an actual example)
100 Diana abl_W_shield_ shield 431.75
you could have the program parse the output to say something like
At 100, Diana used Pale Cascade to shield herself for 431.75.
(With the 100 filled out to whatever 100 time means, if it's actually time.) With the lines written like this, it's perfectly easy to understand what's going on without having to figure out what any of the individual column elements mean.

I definitely like it. Not only is it good for measuring builds, but it actually helps you devise how to play against certain champs as well. Since you can duel each champion you can see at what point in the game are you stronger or weaker, and thus play passively or aggressively, effectively helping you learn when to capitalize on advantages and when to minimize disadvantages. It does suffer from not being able to address things like kiting, dodging skill shots, etc. Although you can simulate zoning/feeding/being fed by adjusting the buy time of items and lvlups etc. But since nothing can really do that anyways I don't hold it against this amazing tool.

I'm one of the people behind Ask Mr. Robot, and we just launched a tool that lets you play around with builds and compare results. It's easy - you get to use a drag and drop interface to make your build, then we graph it for you. You can fight our amazingly qualified target dummy, or another champion. Here's a walkthrough on using the builder.
You can make any build, or any number of builds and compare them. You can also save the graphs so you can share them other places when theorycrafting. We think this will be great for mobafire guide writers - you can now include graphs of your build variations :)
We did some initial analysis for a lot of the champions, so you can see how the tool powers theorycrafting. Feel free to do your own and include in your own guides. And if you want us to feature your analysis on our site, we're happy to do that as well!
Here are some example analysis: take a look at the graphs on the analysis page for Teemo to get answers to some top questions, like "Is pure AD or On-Hit better for Teemo?" and "Should I get some Attack Speed items?". Or check out the analysis for Diana to see a comparison of AP builds, find out if you should get a Wriggles Lantern, and learn how to max your burst damage.
Beta! 49 Champions are live, more launching each week.
