i just finished a build. saved it, previewed it and published it. i get a confirmation that it has been published, now i search for it and it's not there. some assistance or info would be greatly appreciated.

Should be in the support section, oh well. Did you try publishing it again? I always hit publish twice when I update/publish a build just in case.

Your description was not long enough to meet the requirements to be considered as a Full Guide, so it is only showing up in the Build Only listing. Go into a little more detail to make it a full guide :)
