It's a well written guide.
Maybe you should take some more items in consideration like or Zeke's Herald or at least you should explain why you do not use them as they are pretty good support items.
Furthermore, why do you use ?? They give you 1.44% CDR... That's nothing, they are not even helping early game. Personally, I use for that bit more damage with your W->R combo.
Moreover, I think that you don't really need the as you have enough health and it is not your primary job to heal yourself. Your job is to heal the carry. If you stay far enough behind your team you will not even get that much damage.

By the way, isn't that good on support. It heals your carry about 100 early game. Those 100 HP are 1 autohit from the enemy carry and if you need to activate heal then he most likely is following you, so that won't help your carry much.

Other than that it's a pretty good guide and I will +1 if you answer the questions above concerning the and the items :)
