People think that's all it takes to make
Katarina useless. They seem to forget that by not using her ultimate at all, she's forcing them to withhold their CC, which is necessary to stop Katarina bursting them down with the rest of her spells in the first place.

He most probably just got confused with the link, but just throwing it out there that you mustn't confuse lolcounters.com with lolcounter.com. S is malicious, no S isn't.
