At first i thought of him as operating with stances, swaping between Kritzkrieg for dmg, quick fix for ms, and normal medigun for healing, but then i would have to call him

Passive: ÜberCharge
Using his abilities gives Medic 5 ÜberCharge. he also passively generates 0,5 ÜberCharge per second. When at 100, he can activate his ultimate to give his next ability a bonus effectusing up the ÜberCharge.
Q: Overheal
Grants an ally 50/90/130/170/210 (+40% AP) bonus maximum HP for 4 seconds.
ÜberCharge Bonus: Base HP bonus increased by 100% to 100/180/260/340/420.
Range: 650
Cooldown: 22 seconds
W: Kritzkrieg
Passive: Nearby allies gain 2/4/6/8/10 HP/5
Active: Ally gains a 2/4/6/8/10% damage bonus.
ÜberCharge Bonus: Damage bonus is increased by 50% to 3/6/9/12/15%.

Cooldown: 15 seconds
E: Overdose
Passive: Increases MS of nearby allies by 1/2/3/4/5%
Active: Target enemy is slowed by 50% for 1/1,3/1,6/1,9/2,2 seconds and dealt 75/115/155/195/235 (+ 35% AP) magic damage.
ÜberCharge Bonus: Target is instead stunned for 1/1,3/1,6/1,9/2,2 seconds, and the damage is dealt as true instead of magic.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
R: No Idea
Passive: Medic gains 5/7,5/10% CDR
Active: The next ability cast wll have a bonus effect if at 100 ÜberCharge. This will deplete your ÜberCharge.
