Only for some of them. Xin, Blitz, Anivia, Twitch, and Karma are still 975, to name a few.

RP is saying you bought a champ. Here have a selection of champs you can buy.
While IP is saying you earned it. So i really don't see a problem why the RP price is the same while IP is different. It simply means Riot prefers people who earn their champs with time then buying it.... i suppose.

Well... ^^ I'd say it works the other way around, but still, they will probably reduce the price on all the 3150/4800 champions. Soon (tm).
