Didn't I actually write in the guide for the specific section why I do it?

2. CDR, HP and armor from .
3. Item is way more cost efficient unstacked than on other champs because of and there are 2 better items for him to buy first.

Seems legit, and loads of information in this guide. Although by the time you get RoA ( ) the game will probably be over.

The runes seems to be in order except for the fatc that you mentioned expanding to jungling, so idk if your keeping those.

The Masteries seem to be confusing but since you explained how they seem to fit your build.

All in all a good guide, so you have my upvote! +1

Actually, for and , for me, this item is even unstacked cost efficient. The stacks are just a bonus.

As I already said, I think, it isn't the most important item. While it is great, items like catalyst the protector, and already give enough for early-mid game. While you can buy it earlier you you feel you need it, I don't think so.

Also, is a godlike farmer, you can get as much gold as you want as .
