I'd skip MPen marks. As a support, even if you're going to poke at early levels, it's just not worth the hit to your defensive stats. I used to run these, and have switched to use armor marks in every support. 40+ armor at level 1 on every support is just too strong.
I'd also suggest against GP10 seals. In order to use GP10 seals, you're going to have to pass on armor, which is going to lower your armor by a solid 13 in the early game. This really does hurt at level 1 against poke-heavy AD carries, such as Ezreal, and makes you less able to eat harass. And for most supports, you really do want to be able to eat harass, because any harass you take is harass your AD carry isn't taking. (I.e. every time Ez shoots a Q into the bush to hit you, he's not spending mana but not hitting your carry.)
Do not take MP5 glyphs. Every support should be starting with a Faerie Charm and building it into a Philo Stone quickly (at any Elo-bracket any of us are likely to be at), which should solve pretty much all of your mana concerns. Especially since you can sit in a bush to zone your opponents (which you should be doing anyway) and regenerate your mana while you're doing it. Besides this, MP5 is primary on seals, not glyphs.
I still very much prefer MR/level glyphs on my supports. They surpass flat MR glyphs by level 6, and then continue to get better. I'm generally willing to take the hit at lower levels, because I know that as a support I will not be able to buy any items with defensive stats for a large portion of the game. I therefore need my runes to carry me further than I might if I was playing a different role. And since the only commonly-used source of MR that's really viable on a support is Merc Treads (most junglers now pick up Aegis of the Legion), you're not going to build much no matter what.
In general, most supports will want GP10 quints before MS quints, to help them get items faster. In most cases where you want some early MS, rather than taking MS quints you can opt to get tier 1 boots before finishing your Philo Stone. I frequently do this on my melee-range supports, even though it sometimes results in me taking quite a while to get my GP10 items.

I think you can choose not to take armor yellows and run g/10 if you have a more aggressive support, my universal page looks like something above. But I run specific runes for some supports. Dual pen reds aren't have bad on supports like Soraka, Sona, or Janna. But I would run them on someone like Ali, or Leona.
I'm personally a fan of flat CDR blues, but then again not everyone is. I don't think there are many good choices for blues, MR/level aren't always effective bot lane.

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!

Not if u play Sona, there are even times where i wish i had more Manaregen with Shurelias on me, but in teamfights more often then in the laning-phase, now that i think about it, and the Manareg difference between Yellows&Blue isnt that big while there are no gold/10 blues =_=

Depends. If I'm Sona and I'm facing say, Vayne, MP5 will allow me to zone her without ANY help from my carry. I do have MP5 on my lolzy support page (I've got like 4 support pages though, got some room for it)

It's actually becoming a trend to start

The statement that "you shouldn't use MP5 blues because MP5's primary is yellow" is pretty weak. Armor's primary is also yellow. There's also GP10 seals. You'd be better off comparing MP5 blues to other possible blue runes, because that's the actual decision you have to make when choosing to use them.
hi embracing. yes i play ff14 now.
Fine, MP5 glyphs might be good on Sona against certain lanes, if you like to spam your spells. They're still not worth having on most supports, and do not belong on a general support page. If you plan on having multiple support pages and play a lot of Sona, they might be worth getting.
Armor being primary on seals is a massive red herring. I suggest running armor on both marks and seals.
I'm not a big fan of starting boots on my supports. It forces me to take
Wealth
, which I've never liked, because otherwise I can only afford a single ward and a single potion, meaning that I will be forced to leave lane earlier to replace my ward and I will be less able to withstand incoming harass. Even with Wealth, I have to choose between two wards or a single ward and two potions, neither of which I really like.

Yellow: Gold/10
Blue: Mana/reg per lvl or something defensive(i prefer first, second is more "generic")
I use this page together with 0 15 15 masterys on all my supports, i mostly play Sona or Leona support though. Im arrogant enough to say my Sona is the best Sona on Mobafire, u just need to play the cards right with her. I also do pretty decent with Leona but i guess i could change some runes there(especially the blues)
