Have been playing him all day he's pretty balanced, especially compared to Rengar. The only thing that might be nerfed a bit is his passive (the damage increase might be a bit too much).

Are you serious. His passive is completely balanced, it's his Q mostly that is unbalanced. Being able to deal 700 burst damage to someone out of nowhere, all while not going full AD, it pretty brutal.

BT/Ie and a ghostblade inflict a isolated red/blue buff 1,1k dmg and just a bit less on champs.
his Q is just maybe that will get nerfed a bit but all around hes "ok" I like him and his skin :3

The burst is because of his passive, not the Q itself. That's why I think they might nerf his passive's damage increase on isolated targets a bit.
