Oh man... Well first thing first, you can't rank how strong a particular champion is unless you classify them, for example 
Ashe can't be ranked against Lee Sin, because they both do two different things. One can be Jungle/Top while they other is strictly a ADC. So you can't really rank them unless you categorize them. Also it depends on the skill level of the player, because you can have an OP Champion like Diana, but still be bad with her because you're skill level as a player is bad. So yeah, alot more factors then who's the best etc.

also that was the only time ive ever played ashe so =[ i guess im not yer favorite person anymore
