How did the game go? I mean this build is more for a late game/end game build. Early game is just counter building the enemy/surviving until late game.
If you get early kills you can jump on one of the core late game items if you want; preferably Trinity force first.
Then it's up to you who's a bigger threat? AP/AD. Build a FoN/Omen, if you need HP warmogs.
Then an Atma/Warmog.
