Kat, Ahri, Lux.
Kat has amazing harrass. I love to harrass and her QEW combo makes my day. :)
Ahri is basically un-gankable. She also has great burst damage with her EQW combo and is excellent in narrow areas such as team fights in the jungle.
Lux has amazing range and CC. Her Ulti is simply hilarious. People also underestimate Lux often, they will try to close in on me and a quick Q+AA+E+AA takes a lot of damage. (If you don't have a lot of health left, then simply Q+AA+E works well too. Or if they have a great gap closer, then just QE works. [They could use the gap closer after your Q and jump out after your E and kill you if you have low health and use time to AA.])
