I am lower ELO, but ganking me is pretty hard cuz i always ward, and lanefreeze so I can't be ganked at top, and for bot I play Volibear so we kill the one ganking us. Stonewall008 for example gets most of the cases GP5.

mostly correct, but I think you should
1. Max fear and q. W is mainly for blocking a spell, not for the attack speed. Maxing fear will improve your teamfighting and ganking

2. Don't go 21 offense. My favorite mastery setup on nocturne is 9/11/9. You get some armor pen, some defense, and movespeed+buff duration in utility tree. It's way more balanced than 21/9.

yes i agree with you there in ranked i often buy Heart of Gold or philosopher's stone for the extra gold. but i find in lower elo it is very easy to make successful ganks which combined with dragon gives you all the gold you need

Looks good so far, only ad a item section and your good to go, didn't read it all, but a Heart of Gold comes in very handy since junglers don't have alot of money
