I don't get RoA since it takes too long to charge it, and it's just not worth it. I've always had good times with WotA, but the problem is you don't always get a support (******ed premades or blind pick), or that your support is a support that won't build WotA (, , , .) Or your support gets it too late to be effective. Also, if you BOTH get it, it means you have 40% spellvamp if you are near your support :).

I voted for your guide, because almost everything is correct here. I dont know why you dont build ROA, and why you do build WOTA. Leave WOTA for your support and build ROA instead, feel the difference. I usually get 2 dorans rings and roa after 17 minute with almost any champion, unless i got abused by a counterpick.

Zhonya too early, you can take pure armor if you need it and finish zhonya after rabbaddon.

About the doransrings and boots and three pots issue, judt an idea.
Just to boots and three pots at the start. Then, on your next recall, if you dont jave the gold for another item, get a dorans or two.

I have looked in some of their suggestions but just didn't want to change my guide. Some of them were just so ******ed. Also, vote the guide, not the build.

Bro people have told you what to improve on and what to fix and you haven't done it at all. Also I checked your stats out of boredom and you are only level 26 with 65 wins. Writing a guide with that resume will not make me believe you know the best for .

The AP-scaling is good enough for me, because is my major damage tool. It deals 25% extra damage for when someone is ablaze, I don't really use the DoT, because nobody is gonna wait 4 seconds before using another spell. No, you are a burst mage. Also, I don't need cooldown reduction, his cooldowns are fine the way they are. Also, remember that his and are AoE (Conflagration situational), and that AoE abilities often do less damage or have a worse AP-scaling.

Also, I really want everyone to COMMENT ON WHAT I DID WRONG WHEN YOU DOWNVOTED. If you don't like the build, try it first before voting, and if you don't like the explanation and guide, tell me how to improve.

I think that there are too little emphasis on his passive - make sure to get more magic penetration and cooldown reduction, because AP-scaling isn't very good.

What? Lol? Are you ******ed or something? A LOT OF PEOPLE start with , you really look like a ****** saying this. I give him defense blues because those are the runes I use. I haven't put AP quints in it because I DON'T USE THEM. Have you even read the title? It says: NOIZEKILL'S Brand. I am NoizeKill, so that means this is the way I play him.
