Jebus has this one right. Unless the enemy team for whatever reason is stacking tons of health but not building ANY magic resist the bloodrazer really isn't worth your time. The 4% is decreased by MR and so all the money spent to buy the item just ends up putting out pitiful damage a lot of the time

Depends on who you play. If the enemy team is quite tanky and HP stacking and you play for example Kog'Maw, Madreds would be a blessing from heaven. But if you are playing Shen, Shyvana or Irelia for example against an AP Top like Vladimir or Rumble i'd definitly go Wit's End.

Madreds costs 3800g, has 40% attack Speed, 40 AD, 25 Armor, and 40 magic damage per 1000 hp the enemy has.
Wit's End costs 2150g, has 40% Attack Speed, 0 AD, 30-50 MR, and 42 magic damage.
You have to keep in mind, that Madreds is better dps than wit's end, no matter the enemy's hp or magic resist, but it is very expensive, and gives armor instead of MR.
