I'd say get Jayce, but 2 problems with that is that he has a high chance of getting nerfed, and also hes almost always banned in ranked.. as is Rengar.

the nerf on jayce isnt too bad it just makes him less annoying in lane, you know so he cant just poke you from ALLLLLL THE WAY OVER THERE
