Playing Fiddle/Other Rarely Seen Champs

Looked it up a moment ago. Sad, because he's a CC monster. The thing is he's quite slow (both in early clear and movement) and item-dependent. I just don't know why [[xerath]] is such a rare pick, though. He seems to work decently.[/quote]
