better not build Leona AP. Her scalings and base damages are terrible and her passive becomes useless.

Um. I main Leona support. I think I've played Leona enough to know how she works.

You still don't understand what I mean.

Now i understand what you mean... this build needs some experience with Leona - and you have to fail before you can handle her at mid / at jungle easily. You have to learn out of faults and fails with her... and the most important thing is sadly : luck. If the enemies mid-laner is bad and feed you, you can do a lot alone. At the other side : If you fail one times, it 's difficult to "restart" good.
I was often flamed if i played Leona as APC, and i said every time "just look, i'll win my lane."
... and of course i didn't won the lane every time... and of course my team was raging... but after some time , i learned how i win the lane. I haven't played this build for some time ... and I'm sure i have to "restart" with Leona, and have to "learn" her as APC again. But when you know, how you have to play, and when you win your lane ... you can say "I played Leona as APC. And i was good. I know it works and i'm sure , not everyone can play her good like me." ... and this makes fun. It's a long way to this, but if you really want try it - and get it - you can handle her great... :)

In other words, there are both pros and cons of playing a troll champion. One is that it holds the element of surprise and opponents don't know how to handle it (which is total bs, imo) and the downside is that your teammates don't know how to handle it and it does put holes in your team composition.



A build that doesn't work is practically no fun. I won't enjoy the frustration I get when the game goes badly. I won't enjoy the amount of flame I get for fail. You said she is fun to jungle. What part of failing seems fun?

But hey, guess what? I would enjoy it IF IT WORKED.

So you get a 3.5k gold item because you think it goes well with one spell even though her cooldowns are high?

Oh, that must be part of the "troll". My bad. You troll your team by playing Leona mid, and you troll yourself by building an expensive item that has low synergy with your kit.


Uh yes, I actually read it. The reasoning or "argument" as you call it doesn't matter here. You very clearly state in the negatives that AP Leona is a troll build. So you're saying it's "good" that you're a troll, but it's also "bad" you're a troll. What?

I'm sorry for my English - it's not my mother language , so i don't speak it really well.
Lich Bane is a nice combination with her Q ( Shield of Daybreak ).
You didn't read the positive argument? i said "You are a "troll", you are more powerful than the others think, this makes you able to kill some easily" - the second part of the phrase is the "pro" part ;)

This guide makes no sense.

• Why would you build a Lich Bane? She has high cooldowns. You even say in the guide multiple times that her cooldowns are long.
• You say it's a mid lane guide, but there is nothing really about mid lane aside from very vague match up descriptions.
• You say "You are a troll" under positives then put it again under negatives...?

Not to mention it's also poorly written and full of English typos and grammar errors.

There are plenty of people who submit "just for fun" builds to this site. Many of them are fairly "mature" about it and write normally without getting defensive and going "lol this is troll xDDD".

Funny to see, that some people don't understand the word "Troll(build)" or "Fun(build)".
This shouldn't be played in ranked - that s right. But it still works and written well.
I tried a game with this build, it works. It 's hard - but still works. In normal game you shouldn't have any problems. The W-E-Q-[Ignite] Comb nukes at early game an enemy down. Please try it out ,before you give negative comments / rates ;)

wow. you won't understand that jungle and ap aren't "useful" or "everyone have to play like this" - builds are? - they are troll builds or fun builds. But it really seems that you can't understand it :/
