useless item... 2800 golds for what? do damages only if the targhet is full, and when he is half life, this item becames just a waste of space, at this point, better a blood tearst...

How is it a waste? The 40% AS lets you utilize the 10% life steal, and the active effect is PERFECT for chasing down a champion, or trying to get in that 100 HP it gives, being a real lifesaver. This item is LITERALLY my core item for my Xin Zhao build, and when combined with Guinsoo's Rageblade, you're almost UNSTOPPABLE. I say that 3400 gold is totally worth this item.

Only good if you have TONS of AD. It could probably save your life, healing you and slowing them.

this kinda deals a lot dmg when target is full hp like 3000 point but then drops badly the heal is just good 2 means 40*3=120 and u will heal 4 60+10% life steal vs 3000 hit point Ty 4 the help I will try this

This item is more efficient then a fully stacked blood thirster as long as the enemy champion has 1250 health and up. at max stacks a blood thirster gives you 100 ad or 100 extra physical damage per basic attack. without taking its passive into account a blade of the Ruined king gives 50 ad or 50 additional physical damage per hit. with the passive of the blade of the Ruined king you deal an additional 4 % of the enemy champions current hp as bonus physical damage. at 1250 hp the passive deals 50 damage so as long as the enemy has more then that much hp you deal more damage to them with a Ruined king blade then with a Blood thirster. so if the opposing team stack more health or has a team with more then one tank this item will help you get them low very quickly. but if your versing a squishy team with low hp pools a blood thirster is better blood thirster are also better for ad casters sine the ruined king blade just deals more damage and does not grant more ad.

This needs updated. As of 3.2 it now deals 5% of current hp and the cost has been increased. Please update.
