I support GMD's idea that carries are bad picks, and my (few) adc ranked games aren't that bad. However, there are issues such as your lane partner being potentially sucky and the fact that people up to gold (maybe included) often don't give a jack about you. In fact, on my games with my partner, 90% of the time we were the only ones that worried about peeling people off the carry when needed.

I would say the number one champ to do this with would be Karthus. I have a 70% win/loss with him. He carries games more than anyone else, at least in my opinion.
