I tried Varus hybrid once, it wasn't your guide, but it also started with a guinsoo (then a trinity and a gunblade). I didn't do as much damage as I wanted to, but I still got a triple kill when ganking bot. I think it has a good late game, but early is really weak.
As for the runes, I had mostly armor and magic pen, and some AD + MS. I'll try with your runes.

I used this guide earlier and I liked it, although I'm not a fan of losing boots, I think that's mostly because I don't have the swiftness quints? Who knows.
Well I have not gotten a full build yet but I believe I would drop the Infinity Edge and keep my boots, and this way keep the build cheaper.
Definately I will give you a thumbs up when possible.

Hey Mexigore,

I think you miss understood me, you should definitely not sell your boots, the Wit's End was just a more Item you can buy and replace with Guardian Angel, it's all explained in the chapters below. Have you read the full guide? If not, please do it, helps a lot.

Greets,
Rykoha

This looks a lot like my idea of a build before he was released!
I may use this thanks!

Cool, maybe you could tell me here how it works for you. And if you like it, upvote it :)
Have a nice day though!

you should get W right after your Q to stack up and deal tons of damage after 3 stacks with Q

I get W on level 2, cause sometimes the poeple are really agressive even on this low level, so i can slow and escape. If you don't think you are in danger you can also skill W on level 4 and E on level 2. Sometimes I do this.

Greets,
Rykoha :)
