Which "Bison" are you referring to? The original Bison was changed to Balrog in America, and the original Vega was changed to Bison due to the infringing name of M. Bison being too close to Mike Tyson.

I do mean Bison as in the one with the Psycho Crusher yes. As for what he'd do, his basics would be melee like Lee, abilities i guess would be the Psycho Crusher, Scissor Kick, Head stomp and Psycho Punisher as his ult. Now for those reasons I said AP and the effects I guess would be debatable
