I know he'd be OP as hell with good scaling, but according to patch notes he literally has NONE other than his ult.
That means all he benefits from is armor pen, cdr (maybe not, depending on how energy hungry he is) and tankyness.
The closest item that benefits his damage is Bruta, and even then the AD is pretty much wasted. Build any CDR except that, and you're wasting gold effiency, since he's energy based. And the only other pen you would build would be LW, and then again you're wasting the AD.
His itemization is gonna be really weird imo. o.o
