Wooglet's Witchcap should be built out of Seeker's Armguard instead of Chain Vest.

Please don't put suggestions in the discussion for items, editors can mistake it for a correction and end up "fixing" what isn't incorrect in the first place.

This is not true. Witchcap still takes Chain Vest. Zhonya's takes Seeker's Armguard.

Actually, Rabadon's Deathcap and Zhonya's Hourglass were removed from 3v3 and Dominion last patch, merging the two items into one:

Cost: 3500g
Passive: Unique: +25% ability power
Active: Unique: Places your champion into stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering you invulnerable and untargetable but unable to take any actions. 90 second cooldown.

This item should be updated here.

I actually prefer this to Deathcap. It's quite a bit cheaper, and the extra MS is very nice for mages, who're usually slow.
