If you know the guide isn't finished and you accidentally published it (like my first guide as well :) ), go and click on the button archive. This way people cannot see and vote on it while you can bring it back any time and present it when it's full.
Also activate comment to vote. People randomly downvote much more if they don't have to comment because they can stay hidden and would have to invest work to downvote.
Okay, so what I don't get is why you say: I killed AP Evelynn with my AD Evelynn that's why shes better. Hm. I'd say that's not a reason, you should probably talk about the success of those Evelynn builds instead of their effectiveness against each other. Because unless you are only playing blind pick this will not happen and it's not interesting in terms if deciding between AP and AD.

About the build: No MR to find anywhere. You are just telling to go atmogs if you die (with what money?) but that doesn't prevent you from getting bursted with your little MR. The biggest problem of Evelynn is and was that she can barely survive to deal the DPS.
Also have a look at your grammar, it's really not funny to read.
