Just finished typing it 30 minute ago and allready i'm editing it. Edit: on the ulti and i forgot to put how much the enemy is slowed by his W.

Lore
At the age of 10, Lanthaniel Reyson was young he lived in Zaun with his father Sledge Reyson a famous (or rather infamous) prison guard. He was always curious about how the pollution effected a nearby swamp and, frequently went by there to collect samples to see if the polluted swamp would be able to be used for something. At the age of 20, after extensive testing he found that the swamp water had plenty of uses such as poison, acid, explosives, and even to some extent medicine. He was trying to decide what to make with his discovery when bad knews hit his door.

Ziggs, the Hexplosives Expert had led a jailbreak and that his father Sledge was killed by one of Ziggs's Hexsplosives. Upset and lusting for vengence he he started to use his his discovery and some of the advance technology to create Landmines to counter Ziggs's Hexsplosives. Upon hearing that Ziggs joined the League of Legends, He also joins the League for 2 purposes. 1, To kill Ziggs and avenge his father, and 2 to ultimately prove that his Mines are far superior to the Hexsplosives.

Playstyle Ranged, Support, Stealth

Skills

Passive: Stockpile: Upon one of his traps reaching max rank Lan can have 2 of the same traps set at the same time, Also as he levels up the time it for them to be armed reduced by .1 seconds.

Q: Drill-Mine.
Time to arm: 5 seconds
Explosion Radius: 200.
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 60/70/75/85/90.
Sensory Range: 500
Lan buries robotic land mine that chases Foes when they step into their sensory range for 3 seconds before exploding dealing. 50/105/140/200/250 +50% bonus Ad.

w: Muskeg-Mine.
Time to arm: 4 seconds
Explosion Radius: 150.
cooldown: 16/14/13/12/10/.
Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100/105.
Stun Duration: 2/2.5//2.75/3/3.5 seconds.
slow duration: 4.2/4.4/4.6/4.8/5 seconds.
Lan Buries a mine loaded with hazardous chemicals from the bog that Stuns and slows slows enemies by 30% enemies when it explodes for 40/80/110/150/180 +40% bonus Ad.

E: Shock Wave.
Mana cost:70/80/90/100/110.
Cooldown: 20/18/17/16/15.
Allied AD and AP boost duration: 5/6/7/8/9/10 seconds.
Passive ability: Increases blast radius of all mines. by 5/10/15/20/25.
Active ability: Lan prematurely detonates all mines currently set in a Area of Effect with in a 1300 radius and, the shock wave fires up all allies increasing their Ad and AP by 4/5/6/7/8 times the number of mines placed.

R: Gravity Blast Zone. (The ulti)
Time to arm: 7 seconds
Cooldowm: 95/82/70
Radius of the pull from the mine:800.
Explosion radius: 600.
Pull duration:3/4/5 seconds.
Lan buries a unique but powerfull mine that once stepped on by an enemy champion it pulls all other enemies into its blast radius then exploding to deal 100-150/250-300/375/420 +60% AD to all enemies depending on their distance from the mine.

So let me know what you guys think and, how it can be improved.

There's only one problem with your champion. His Q is very simillar to Maokai E and human-Elise W. Other then that, he seem like a fun champion to play with.

Wow, sounds like a fun champion! But easily countered with an Oracle's Elixir or Vision Ward.
Out of curiousity, is he a yordle like Ziggs?

I put he's from Zaun, not Brandle City.....So no.

the lore is weird D: no idea why ziggs would lead a break out

also all of his attacks take 4-7 seconds to "arm/channel" that is not a good thing considering how mobile and quick things happen in this game so id take away the "arm" time or at least make them a lot shorter, i suggest making the mines work like caits traps, you can just set them but only have a limited amount of them
