talon don't need trinity force.( if vs leblanc, u let her fed., ur mission will be burst her down before she did, if she was counter by us and feed, then ignore her)
frozen mallet is not a good item for him either.

GA is more better but still not a gd item for talon because his ulti needs cd unless u can sure u can burst ANY enemy with ur eqw combo before u die again. btw he does not depend on auto attack so he doesnt need to much defend item to keep him alive, if u want to burst in be4 teamfight start or just start a team fight, a banshee veil will do. If you use ur e AFTER ur tank or wat ever rush in, then save the money for some damage item

Do not agree, Talon doesn't need to have Trinity Force. For me it is stupidity doing useless AP at Talon.

Quints for movement speed for me are best choice beacuse it is the best way to avoid enemy's abilities. You are faster, so better to gank. Faster means you can catch up if someone tries to escape.
Maw of Malmortius - I take if I play against LeBlanc or sth like her. I think that you can replace it with another Bloodthirster.
Of course, Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage or Greater Quintessence Of Desolation are good for Talon but which are better? It depends on what you want to do.
I thought about masteries but I am still thinking Talon needs a little utility, because, IMO, he is an assassin, so he goes in and goes out fight. More speed = better assassin.
Last Whisper is one of my late-game items, because usually enemies build a lot of armor playing vs. Talon.

Everything is good exept that younmous ghost blade is not viable late, Get a more dmg item!

Well, a Bloodthirster would be great and if you carry your team a Guardian Angel is required.
I agree with you, Trinity Force is a bad choice on Talon and as you said, Sheen is a useless item on Talon. And keep this in your mid:
Your Frozen Mallet gives you 10% more BASIC HIT damage when your burst should be powerfull and it will be powerfull with another Bloodthirster or something...
Last Whisper is a VERY GOOD item but only when the enemy builds armor. And I took a glimpse of your guide so I didn't see all but since you always say it is a pleasure to counter Morgana I suppose you go mid which is really good:)
You can work on the aesthetics. I can help you with that by giving you some basic information about guide aesthetics and you can make some match-ups.
Your mastery choice is a little bad since for an AD caster you must have some defense points instead of utility. If you don't think I am right, please tell me your choice:)

Your build is not good for talon because is better doing a Trinity Force than a Frozen Mallet because of the passive ability of trinity that bost you base damage with more 50% and gives a bith of everytinhg.
And in my opinion instead of the maw og malmortius do guarsian angel

Yomumu ghostblade is not for talon because he seldom use his auto attack on champion except his q noxian diplomacy, yomumu is too expensive for the cdr. In my opinion, 2-3bloodthirst is ok for talon.Talon can counter most of mid apc, however tanky ap and some adc such as vald , swain, caitlyn etc will give him a hard laneing phrase. Frozen heart is not that fit talon because of the aura which slows surrounding enemy is wasted as talon is an assasin ,which means he just use all skills to take the ad/apc down and escape.those carry usually not so tanky( garen/xin zhao is not adc) the battle time of talon is very short and therefore frozen heart is not a gOod item for him. If the enemy team have no or less cc, talon can go for a CDR boots but banshee veil/ quicksilver is crucial for him and should be built asap

Cheat Sheet: If you plan on getting Last Whisper then you might not want to get Greater Mark of Attack Damage you should get greater mark of desolation otherwise the 40% more armor pen wont be that viable. You should also change your 3 mastery points from Havoc on to Deadliness or Vampirism if you do the math the extra 1.5% would come out to 13 extra damage IF you do 1000 damage in a single hit. It would be better to get Deadliness . Just a suggestion, you could try putting in Frozen Mallet somewhere in your build. For the extra health and an awesome slow(:

Guide: You could offer more optional runes,items,spells,etc since nobody plays the same champion the same way. It will give beginning players more options to choose from, give more in-depth covering of the gameplay. Talon is really easy to use but you would be surprised at the number of people who screw him up. He is also a very good ganker, you could provide some insight on that as well.

Review: Good guide, some time went into it but a little more could go in it as well. +1 for the effort(:
