Also, I think the levels of immorality in this thread are astounding. You'd really throw a child off a boat for your own luggage? Wow.

Since it's already a thread, let's keep it in this format.

I'd recommend building it yourself.

CPU: Intel i5 3570K.

GPU: Your best bet is probably the GTX660. Possibly the GTX670 or HD7950 if you're prepared to "waste" money.

PSU: It's hard since countries differ greatly, but 80+ Gold/Platinum certification is very good.

HDD: Something relatively cheap with 2TB storage space. 2TB is easily the most cost effective size.

SSD: Samsung makes reliable ****. Don't buy OCZ, they've got terrible quality. And don't buy an SSD with a Sandforce controller, they aren't very reliable in most cases.
The Samsung 830 series is great if you can still get one (they're being pushed out since the 840 series are coming in). The 840 PRO are great, but expensive.
128 and 256GB are the best sizes right now.

Motherboard and RAM: give me the site and I'll find something.

Case: I can only really recommend a few Fractal Design cases. They make very intelligent design decisions.
There's the Define R4 if you want a kinda standard case and then there's the Node 605 for a smaller ATX case and the Node 304 for mini-ITX, but don't try your hand at mini-ITX if you're new to building a PC.

Hmm.. that's all fine but do you know where one could a find a sleeve that connected to one of the exhaust fans in order to shift the hot air and warm one's feet?

A very rough estimate is ~1000$ just for all the parts of the PC. A keyboard, mouse, screen and speakers would add ~300$ to that (the amount varies greatly depending on what you choose).

What build I recommend for an Acer laptop? You mean what parts?
Laptops are not good for gaming. I recommend getting a proper stationary gaming machine and a cheap laptop/tablet for gaming on the go.

can you use this build on an Old computer like from 2002 say?

I'm sorry, but this makes very little sense..
If it means what I think it does;
Pretty much nothing in a 10 years old PC is compatible with a new one.
