Honestly, we already have a bunch of good Singed build on MOBA already. Singed is pretty straight forward anyways.

it actually doesnt change anything for singed other than the fact that you can get spirit visage instead of FoN

so add a tear of the goddess on him? his core build is only a few items to me so you can build a tear on him, but its a unique named passive so you cant stack them

no dont stack tears youll only have HP and mana and some AP, you need more than that as singed so dont stack them, if you want more mana get frozen heart and youll get armor too, just dont stack items
