Guys I'm new to LoL. I need greater mark of strength,greater mark of desolation,greater seal of resilience,greater glyph of shielding and greater quint of strength but I don't know the formula. Help me pls?

As far as I know, there is no formula o.o

You will need to buy them individually. It's advised to not buy runes until you're level 20 when you can buy tier 3 runes.

Pre-20 its totally random. After 20 you buy them individually. Just grind to 20 then buy to your hearts content. This is a completely pay-to-win free game. you CANNOT spend money to make you play better or get an edge over other people. thats what makes it so amazing. Just have patience, you will get there!
