I'm definitely not afraid to drop if someone is obviously trolling or not communicating at all. I find it helps out a good bit. I also try to be extremely nice and flexible. I'm good for any role except for Jungle, so I'm usually happy to fill in what the team needs. Act polite, treat people nicely, give them friendly reminders, and they might just love you for it :)[/quote]
