I don't usually AD Teemo, but when I do, I will try this :3

I used to build Hybrid but now go flat AP.....but i've always wanted a Statikk Shyv on Teemo 8D

also +1 for Jungle teemo build xD.

Updated, after a lot of test with Season 3.
AP-Teemo is really strong, thanks to the new Deathfires Grasp improving his Toxic damage.

Wits End got nerfed, Malady buffed and therefore I would ony build Malady now.
Spirit of the Elder Lizard make Jungle Teemo even more fun.

Hurricane however is not as good as it looked on paper, it only adds attackspeed and the range of the additional spreaded hits is really low.

I would not recommend building it now.

Randuins Omen is really nice on Teemo, and boots first is not longer required since I have movement quints in my runepage.

All in all S3 is quite good item-wise, but the recent Teemo-nerf hurts.

I don't like your masteries.

Good Build for top lane, during late game Teemo work very good.

Your Masteries appear to have been broken by the latest update. Some of them even have more ranks than it's possible to put in them.

Also, as far as on-hit goes, may I suggest looking into Runaan's Hurricane? It's new as of this patch.
