S3 will change it all. it'll take a bit of time for players to adapt first.

Honestly i've been trying it all out on the PBE for a while and I still haven't found anything that truly suits my fancy. I'm excited to see how other people reply to this with their findings

The previewl already said that IE and PD will remain the best choice for ADC.
I for myself often lose the lane and am used to play more tanky champs.
So I often play Vayne / Ezreal with Berserker/Mercurys, Trinity, Youmuus, (Wriggles), Bloodthirster, (Aegis of the Leagion), etc.
Yeah I know, Youmuus on ADC is ****... but I just love that item 2 much xD...
b2t. I doubt there will be any new changes to ADC builds.
Maybe the new Manamune upgade will support heavy ad teams, so the Mid-Lane/Top-Lane Meta changes abit..

Just play more. If you suck at last hitting, just try to avoid any confrontation, as getting a champion kill/harassing a champion is not worth it if you are going to lose 30 or so CS.
IF you are insecure about last hitting, be sure to stack some flat AD runes and/or quints.
When you get comfortable with that, buy a champion like caitlyn, and zone the opposing ADC, while also getting CS for yourself.
If you don't like how much you are last hitting, just practice ADC some more. You'll get the hang of it :)
