Start: Boots of speed, Prospector's Ring, 2 Health Potion
Amplifying tome > Fiendish Codex > Boots of Mobility (I love these boots, keep running around though Dominion rounds are quite short and my Teemo don't grow many shrooms

Priority: Nashor's Tooth > Rylai's Crystal Scepter > Liandry > Lich Bane > Morello

Runes: AD

I just want to ask you why you open an AP-Teemo guide and then downvote it because it's not the way YOU build Teemo...
