My theory is that there was once a massacre in Yordle town and people didn't know but a demonic spawn named Teemo formed out of all the agony and pain/suffering the little yordles went through but Heimer sat down with his fellow advocates to construct a device to control Teemo.
Teemo is a being made full of hate and bloodlust to kill every single entity in Valoran.
So his calm outside is just there because he is being controlled by the device, also known as his hat, but in battles Teemo can becomse a cold-blooded killer without any problems.
There is that hate deep inside of him that makes him withstand even the strong whirls of Janna's ult.

Anyways, whenever I ulted Teemo, he was being kept back by some invisible obstacle, I swaer, he didn't get knocked back a lot, just like 1/5 of what you'd normally get knocked back.
Is this a bug or on purpose by Singed, head CEO of Riot?
