hextech is a poor choice on new kat, even after they made the active scale with AP (it only becomes equal to the original past 375 AP...) and it's still just as bad of an item pick on new kat who scales poorly with AD and has enough mobility that you shouldn't need the slow.

Maybe it is good, but Boots of Switfness? Really? I am not convinced and I don't like it. You've got low magic penetration then :(

I disagree in some aspects with the guide:
with the old kat shunpo was good, bou now i think its better max r > q > w > e because "w" makes a lot of damage and is very spammeable.
The build you use is more or less the same than mine but i like to use boots of Swiftness to move agains them "q"+"w" and then scale with "e"
