I picked Sivir this match because I saw Volibear, Ezreal and Taric. I realised bot lane was going to be a nightmare, and had to pick an AD carry that would survive fights and kite out Garen. I also lucked out as Ahri is another champ I would reckon Sivir is good to pick against.

So this game went really well. Early on the Ezreal came too close with his Taric to interrupt Lee Sins jungle and had to burn his flash when he realised he was in too deep. This let Lee Sin lvl 1 gank bot and I got both Ez AND Taric. This let me push in the lane quickly and go back to get a dorans and long sword. I had gone boots and 3 pots because I expected to have a tough early game and would need to outdistance Ez and Taric.
I was fortunate to have an aggressive Sona and this helped win the lane and eventually game.

Start - We go to protect Lee at his Red Buff and manage to force the enemy Ezreal to burn his flash as they try to poke.
2:25 - Lee then ganks bottom immediately and I get both Ez and Taric, however I lag and fail to ignite Taric meaning I have to flash to do it.
I continue to lag throughout the game unfortunately, spiking randomly, luckily I never have any major problems because of it but it lowers my last hitting and actually does get me killed once
6:10 - Volibear sneaks into bottom bush and charges in as Taric baits. Taric eats a lot of damage however so after Sona flashes away from Voli and I manage a perfect spell shield Taric couldn't let them dive.
7:40 - Sona backs off but I've no reason to return so stay. As they try to engage since Sona isn't about I back off and try to wait for Tarics stun. However I'm lagging so dont block the stun. Luckily he walks into tower range and takes shots. I ignite but he walks out of range AND flashes. I ult however and give chase once I realise, wait I can kill them. Flash in for Taric but he has leveled up running away and exhuasts me as I back off to throw my Boomerang and switch to Ez. I manage to kill him through ignite but Taric dodges my Q.
10:10 - Since I have B.F Sword Sona hits 6 and baits them in so she can ult. Realising they have dropped everything on her I ult to get Ez not knowing her plan. Ez almost manages to escape but the T2 boots I got earlier let me chase him down.
13:25 - Sona misses her ult so we back out. I get cocky however and then lag out and have myself stunned. I then die. I can't blame lag however, my own fault for staying
16:30 - Try to tower dive but Ez manages to blink too far under as Sona ults and Voli shows up so we back up. Only for Taric to get too close and give me ANOTHER kill
18:30 - I notice Mid is fighting but stay bot to push the wave and farm instead since I know I will either scare off kills or be unable to stop Gragas or Lee diving.
19:40 - As I'm stealing blue I notice Ez going in deep and ult and flash to try save Sona but she goes down and I'm unable to get a revenge kill thanks to Ahri. However I stay too long and almost die to Garen.
22:30 - We group for Drake and the enemy do too. They get onto our team as me and Sona are bot so we come up behind only to have to throw my Q into the wraith bush and back off since we have no vision. Once we have vision however Sona flash ults and I can drop everything on Garen. However how wise this was I don't know as Sona then evaporates as Garen barely dies to my ignite. Gragas then baits me to my death by running in blindly and I just get caught by Voli and his passive prevents me from picking up a kill.
25:00 - Get Dragon and see the enemy all clumped in a bush. I ult and we charge in. The fight looks to be going soo well however I end up 1v1ing Ahri and - lagging - have to flash when I see her cast a spell cause I can't risk charm. I only dodge her Q however then, like a dumbass, charge into the tower range and get taunted. Meanwhile Gragas is single handedly losing us a fight.
27:50 - Lagging out and fail to kill Garen. My bad kite and lag 2strong
31:00 - Another dragon fight and I miss my Boomerang but it doesn't matter cause I just stand still and AA (lag and laziness since I know I'm not being focused at all)
32:30 - I halve the tower before going to dragon cause I know I can switch to dragon and Ez can't stop us. He tries. Fails.
34:00 - Taric and Voli try to ward near Baron but our ward catches them. Me and Sona race to catch up with our team and a perfect over the wall Sona ult secures us the fight. Despite Gragas having a drunk aim still.
37:00 - Ahri gets caught AND HER WHOLE TEAM DERPS. Sona ults them all. GG basically.
I would go into more detail but its really just us destroying them in a few seconds.
What I learned: Check internet connection before the game. Learn to kite better. Don't get cocky ESPECIALLY if lagging. Don't be lazy, kite.
Build Rundown: Early game was a no-brainer since I got such a quick double kill. I then opted for Vamp and Boots however so I could catch and stay away from the enemy as well as outsustain them. As sustain not only beats poke it tips the lane further in your favour. I finished IE first since I wasn't tower diving and IE is the best AD item anyway. Statik Shiv helps me push better and I'm really liking atm for the fact it forces you to kite to reap its full benefit. Synergises with Sivir really well. Black Cleaver is also my new favourite replacement for LW and I didn't go GA or Mercurial Sword 4th item because I wasn't finding myself being focused.

As for editing, you kind of trailed off a bit in your explanations as you finished the game, not to mention you're spelling is a bit of a turnoff, recommend running it through a spellchecker and not getting lazy at the end :p
