How do healing reduction and amplification stack, exactly?

For example, if you apply Ignite and Executioner's Calling, does it stack additively (100%?) or multiplicatively (1-(1-50%)(1-50%) = 75%)?

Or does it not stack at all?

How about in combination with healing amplification effects like Spirit Visage? Are they additive (20% - 50% = -30% to healing) or multiplicative (1.2 * 0.5 = 0.6 -> -40% to healing)?

Do either of these effects affect Lifesteal and Spell Vamp? What about flat health gains from passives like Warwick's? What about Mundo's cleaver?

Lifesteal or Spellvamp is not affected by those.

Alright, that clears some things up.

Any ideas on how Spirit Visage interacts with healing debuffs?

As far as i remember (but that was the times when soraka was still usefull :))
It was additive stat.

So +20%-50% = -30%
