Though this item was nerfed long ago, its still good even when it is underused,

Also, trynda now only has an extra 5 seconds to live, after that he dies with this item XD

As per the season 3 stats this item now counters lifesteal items (goodbye enemy ad carry armed to the hilt with bloodthirster's et al) and regen like sion's ult, voli's passive, mundo's ult and warwick's Q. Up against a team with heavy life regain I recommend rushing this.

Still no upgrade:(

There is now virtually no difference between this and Wicked Hatchet since the Life Steal was removed from it. Same passive, 5 AD, 3% crit strike, and 55 gold...alongside the obvious build path difference of Avarice Blade and Agility Cloak.

I don't buy this, and I don't see anyone buying it.

it's magic, not true dmg.

Turns out True Damage is the only one it can't be. I've had it proccing 2'3 and 3's today, depending on my target. Still don't know which damage type it is between physical or magic, though.

It is true damage, there is a defensive skill mastery that reduces ALL incoming damage, even true damage.

Critplank loves this item. Nice cheap crit chance + lifesteal for epic Q's and the healing reduction is back.
