PBE Balance Changes (for next patch)

She is hardly the most problematic bruiser. I agree that Udyr needed a buff but I don't think a 5-20 increase on turtle stance will change much.[/quote]

[/quote] Riven is an early game champion that scales rather poor into late game unless insanely fed. With this nerf they are nerfing her early game potentional. The +35 sec cooldown on rank 1 ultimate is just too much.[/quote]
