PBE Balance Changes (for next patch)

In fact it's not even a good item on her. [/quote] Most people build her roa lolking says more than 60% and this is ranked. She needs it ?? Prob not but she has low mana and hp pool so its benefits her even if you last hit with q you can run out mana easily. Is is best choice maybe not but its works for me and ill keep building it since i like its stats. Since once she gets decent hp pool she can be quite tanky she does not need alot of res since she has her e spell. Also if she did not need roa people would not buy it but they do.[/quote]
