He didn't really seem to know what he was supposed to do or how to handle the chaos and would often kinda just wait untill I told him what to do. He was also very hesitant to make decisions and instead he just did what other people told him to do, even if it was sometimes not the right call. Balancing was pretty okay. It's not an easy task and he did at least put some effort into it. Overall, I wasn't very happy with how things went and there's a lot of room for improvement, but I'm sure that if given another chance, he'll shape up and do a lot better.[/quote]
