Good Work. Change the voting to comment to vote to prevent troll-voting because many people who have other Shaco guides will down-vote this when you pull ahead of them, but they will be less likely to do so if they have to comment on it.
Hexdrinker is an amazing early game item for Shaco, and it should definitely get a mention in your guide. I buy this item in 50% or more of my games. If you need an explanation on why it is a good item give me a message, and I'll let you know.
Iceborn Gauntlet is an okay item, but it should be realized, that the slow is not very spammable on Shaco due to his abilities having such long cooldowns. It can help every once in a while, but if you are looking to slow your enemies down. Frozen Mallet provides similar tankiness, and a perma-slow, and if you don't need the tankiness Trinity Force is a strong choice as well.
As for your item build, I think that the Black Cleaver can be delayed until you gain more damage so you can make more use of the armor penetration stats that Black Cleaver gives you. After Stattik Shiv is probably a good time to invest in a Black Cleaver. However, if you need the health from it then it is okay to rush it after Wriggle's Lantern
You have some BB Code errors throughout the item chapter.
Yoummu's Ghostblade is still a strong item, and I use it any time that I feel that it is my role as Shaco to burst an enemy down. For example, if I am going against a Karthus and I am the only one who has assassin potential. I will buy this item for quick burst damage. I agree with you though that it is not needed as much.
I think that in most situations maxing Jack In The Box second is a better idea then maxing Deceive. Putting points into Jack In The Box in the mid game provides better jungle clearing, more crowd control, and more out right damage. The only thing that is good about maxing deceive is some damage on ganks.
Hope this helps, and good luck.
Nice to see your feedback :) Im editing my guide right now and i will add your discussion since they are totally logical. Thanks for your comment :)

EDIT: Just realized, when you mention the purchase of Oracle's Elixir you say it helps for preparing dragon. However, it is much more cost efficient to simply purchase a Vision Ward, but Oracle's Elixir is okay to buy if you are going to ward clear, or they have a lot of wards in general.
