They are your customers and you made your guide to please your customers.
You actually do not even have to agree with them :P, but if they wanna see runes and masteries, then give them runes and masteries.
Enough about the discussion, let's move back to your guide.
Most of your guide actually doesn't look that bad. The things I would advice you to do are:
* Putting pros and cons as one of the first chapters.
* Change the tactical part of the summary in to a new chapter called: tactics :P
* Add coding in your guide, making it more attractive to read
* And of course, add a runes and masteries section :P
I did not say that you need to change this because I hate you, I say this because I want to help you make the top with this guide.

You may not see it, but he is actually trying to help you. That's why he commented in the first place. And because you continue to be wrong, he continues to post, to try and rectify your mistake.
Perhaps he doesn't have to come across as rude, but maybe you could try listening, too?
Your second comment. He did not say there was no right or wrong. He said there are MANY right answers (his wording is 'no one right answer'), but there ARE wrong answers.
Laggermeister is correct about the runes. He is also correct about the masteries, whereas you are wrong.
What will 1% Spell vamp do for you? What will 0.5GP10 do for you? Practically nothing.

Actually, this is true. If you don't want to put runes or correct the masteries, there ain't nothing we can do about it. But then, don't expect upvotes if you do.

The reason you don't have runes is no reason whatsoever. There should be runes there, even if you don't own them. I don't see how you don't understand that. Runes are an integral part to any guide. It's like having a body with no arms.
The arrogance is in your comments and replies to us. Personally, I don't hold it against you, but seriously, you should probably start listening.
