Jax build. You don't need Zephyr, you don't need Trinity Force, I would go defensive boots. Hextech Gunblade is still a must on him and a second defense item with Randuin's Omen, which is the best defense item of S3, is also better. Randuin's Omen scales also nice with his ultimate.
I would also go for offensive masteries with both penetrations and 9 points in defense.

Jax honestly has quite few builds hes locked into nothing. You could just get 2 dorans trsh trinity its good. You could go for gunblade first. You could get blade of ruined king. Rageblade finally good item on him again... That passive i would not get it as fist them tho.
