I am going to help you with that.
What is missing:
- A conclusion, always end your story. At the end, just thank the readers for reading the whole guide and round up everything you said.
- Tactics chapter. A chapter which explains really how to play Vi instead of telling people what the build is.
- Ability explanation. This is really necessary, you need to explain what these abilities do, and what YOU can do with it.
- Summoner spell picks explanation. It is always nice to know which summoner spells are viable and which are not.
- Comment 2 vote. You already notice a high amount of downvotes. That is bad, if they don't tell you how to get your guide better.
What could be better:
* The side notes chapter, ERASE IT! :O The information can be moved to other chapters like: Items, masteries, runes or whatever.
* A lot of people seem to do this wrong -> Put pros and cons always after the introduction, it doesn't make sense to put it at the end.
* Tooooooo many use of different runes. It isn't bad if you use them yourself, but it is really annoying to read, and if you use them all, you need to explain them all. (^ just what devdevil said.)
* Give each ability sequence an other title, making people understand: Okay, this one is different than the other one and will probably suit me more.
Most of these things are required, so I highly recommend following these tips. At least start with the small ones, since they are quickly done and already improve your style a lot.
I advice you to do most of it so your guide can be improved and reach the top :D

People usually stack them by getting 9 of each and 3 quints because it's more effective.
Start on the runes, but after finished them you still have a loong way to go...
