Add to his e

After activating e for 3 seconds all slows are reduces by 20%.

Might be to much maybe reduce duration to 2 and make it 15%? IDK he needs something so hes not kited so easily.

This is how it would look like. Now Zephyr would be a great option for ad-carries instead of Statikk Shiv or Phantom Dancer.
