This has nearly no information at all, the only thing is probably the cheat sheet.

First it's a wall of text with minimal formatting which is kind of annoying to read (though I've seen worse... much worse). You need much more formatting, and don't use oversized icons...
Second your spells chapter is exactly the same as the runes. However they are a good choice you have some false statements and not really putting any alternatives.

Your masteries don't go with the champion at all. Butcher is totally wasted since you last hit as solo top, Destruction is again for auto attackers, and since Riven is not one of those it's another waste, Brute Force ... seriously 3 AD, you think it will change the flow of the game? Also the 2% attack speed from Fury is useless, Sunder has no value without other flat ArP stuff, just one Black Cleaver won't do to much with that. Noting how much you wasted into offense should make it clear that to reach Executioner is a waste, defense tree has just much more relevant stuff for Riven.

On the items, they are basically good, but Ninja Tabi is a very situational item, and you stated Riven needs CDR so why not Ionian Boots of Lucidity? Also there are more effective items for Riven these are just not bad but not so good either.

Skilling order, well in my opinion, Broken Wings scales wores than the other 2 skills, I don't see a reason to level it first. Both Valorgg and Ki Burst has a bit better scaling, and their CD reduces as you level them unlike Broken Wings.

I checked your other guides and they all seem rushed, they lack information, alternative choices and reasoning. You should go for quality over quantity

So basically here you're taking one of the most OP champions in the game and building her in a way so she is not OP... Good job. +1. not.

I also agree with the other comments, you need to know how to play a champion before you even CONSIDER making a guide, let alone ATTEMPTING it.

I would consider this guy 1/10th completed. There are 3 chapters (Pros / Cons, Summoner Spells & Runes). You need to BBCode, there isn't a single code. Use columns and colour.

You MUST make your guide look good or else it won't obtain positive votes. It supplies very little information on how to play Riven. I won't be upvoting nor downvoting, i'll come back to see if you've done any work at all.

Also, you show a 7-item final build. But you can only hold 6 items at a time. You should either delete one item, or create an "alternative items" chapter.

I have to agree with the above comment, its not enough for a decent guide and nothing really new compared to the top riven guides, sorry bro.

This guide misses an item explanation and coding.

I recommend adding them asap.

I prefer to get the brutalizer and make a black cleaver rather than rush the bloodthirster. Usually I have to be tankier than that
