Please don't make anymore Karma suggestions, you don't even know what she does.

Making her ultimate a 35 second cooldown would make it significantly worse than it already is. At level 1 she already gets a charge every 30 seconds, it goes down to 25/20 and is affected by CDR. You'd just make the cooldown longer than it already is and considering Cooldown Reduction is easily her best stat, she becomes significantly worse. She already has to rush as much cooldown as she can.

Giving Magic Pen would make Karma more geared towards AP mid, I don't think Riot is going for that as she's already fairly viable in the mid role, they want to make her viable in the support role which she has yet to be. Besides Magic Pen would really only affect the game on her Q and E, and when she uses Q for a heal magic pen would be a fairly weak stat.

Amumu's E is a pretty damn short range, I don't see why we need to change it to a selfcast when the problem isn't the range or cone projectile.

Changing her Q to heal based on the damage dealt would probably be one of the worst changes in League of Legends history. Basically that change would make it impossible for her to be a viable support and make her heal incredibly useless outside of lane. Even in team fights, as support karma, you're rarily in range to do a significant chunk of damage. Her heal as of now is actually pretty damn strong. It heals a base and % health missing; given the prominence health stacking via Warmogs and Sunfire Cape, its stronger now

Giving her 3 mantra charges with a shorter CD on the charge buildup would make an immense difference. That and make her slow do dot damage on the person she has it attached to, after an initial small burst of damage, would be a great improvement to the ability. Those 2 changes alone would revolutionize Karma.

They've discussed adding an additional charge to mantra, but they've found that it really doesn't make a difference. And in all honesty, how often in lane do you start storing up manta charges. I don't think bumping the charges to 2 would make a significant difference, but a reduced CD would be huge. I don't think adding a DoT to the W is the right direction. The design is to be a form of CC or speed boost, so in line with it's design a stun or AoE slow or something CC oriented would be more appropriate

what they actually are doing with the karma rework if youve been keeping up with it is changing her ult so that its actually an ult type thing that gives her abilities an added effect with a longer CD but you level it up (think LeBlancs ult being on a shortish CD and just adding a bit more to her other spells) so that shes not an ammo based champion

they talked about giving her mantra shield a stun and her mantra bond a root meaning shes most likely having her ratios and damages lowered because of the CC shes going to be getting

they said theyre going to keep the passive (maybe) from what ive read it sounds like they didnt change it which i like the passive is good on her

those are my sources for the things i said except for the passive not being changed but i remember seeing that on the guys twitter when i checked it

also i dont know if Q is going to have knockback like they said it would that might of gotten changed
