The guide looks like you've put some work into it which makes it even more sad. The masteries are plain wrong and so are your core items. Also no machete.
So I was wondering why you would take an otherwise decent build, and completely **** up the masteries. And don't tell me it's to max movement speed, that's not legit.
The reasons for these masteries is to get the most movement speed you can get, because you need the extra speed to get from camp to camp quicker which allows you to clear the jungle quicker. Also, with the extra speed, your ganks are even harder to run away from. With the extra movement speed, you also chase more effectively, and you run away more effectively. It's either that, or be a little bit more tanky. You can go either way with it. I will post a second page with my tank masteries, if that would make you two feel better

With this build, there is no reason to buy the machete. It would only be sold, which would be a waste of gold. When the new season came in, I tried various builds with the machete, and NONE of them synergized with my build. The core items are based on Movement Speed, and Attack Damage. Simple as that. Same with the masteries and runes. I tried tank masteries, and they didn't quite give me the effect that I wanted with the items I chose. Just so you know, I have won 85% of all my games played with this build. It's a very strong build and very viable, regardless if you think so or not. Please don't be an jerk on my page, nor anyone else's, and don't down vote because you don't like it. To be honest, I think that you dislike this build because you never thought about this kind of a build for Hecarim, or because it's not the typical build. Have a good life, sir

Perhaps I would choose another Enchantment for the Boots (especially if there's another
tank in your team).
All in all this short guide is itching me to buy this champ because I always liked him. x)
